Purchased some awesome in-game items but can't seem to find them? No worries, we're here to help! 🌟

Before we begin, here are a few things to know about your purchases:

Sometimes, items might be in your items queue, especially if you bought a few things at once - be sure to "empty" it to check!
- Resources like Coins and Energy are added automatically to your balance – a quick game restart often helps them show up!
- Chests and Packs open automatically, and their contents are added directly to their correct place in the game (e.g. Cards from Packs will show up in your Card Sets).
If you're still not seeing your items, here's the steps to take:

🕵️ Find Your Receipt
Your purchase receipt usually arrives at your mailbox once the purchase is completed (unless you’ve unsubscribed from receiving them).

Now, let's make sure your payment went through smoothly. What does your receipt say?
✅ Receipt Says "Paid"?
- If your receipt says "Paid", it means your purchase was successful! Try restarting your game; often, that's all it takes.
- If your items are still missing, please send us a copy of your receipt, and we'll look into it.
⌛ Receipt Says "Pending"? (Almost there!)
- Your payment’s still processing, which means your goodies are on their way and should arrive safe and sound.
- Once the payment is completed, you should receive your items. If you still don’t see them, make sure to close and re-open your game!
✖️ Receipt Says Canceled?
This means the purchase didn't go through, and you weren't charged. You can try again, or check here for more info.
📭 No Receipt?
Your payment might not have gone through. If this is the case, get in touch with your device's payment platform to find out what happened.
🛠️ More Troubleshooting: What if my items still haven't arrived?
- If your purchase was successful but your items didn't load, exit and re-open your game and try the steps at the beginning of this article (take me there!).
- If this didn't work, just click “Send Us a Message” below to open a request, and we’ll look into it ASAP.
🏡 Neighborhood Note: It’s super important for us to have the relevant receipt in order to identify your purchase and help you out as quickly as possible! Text messages and bank statements don't have the info we need.

- Date and time you made it
- Name of the pack
- Charge
- Transaction ID/GPA (for Android)
