Your game progress is saved automatically both to your device and to the cloud. When playing on your device, your progress will load up automatically.

The cloud data is saved to your Google Play or iCloud account.  This means that if you start playing on a different or new device, you can load up your game progress simply by logging into the same account on the device itself.
