Orders are requests from the townspeople that you can find at the top of your Board. Your neighbors need specific items to keep the town running, and they’re willing to trade some fantastic treasures for your help! 🎁

How to complete an order:
- Tap an order to see which Producer you need to make the item and the level of the requested item. 🛠️
- Merge items on your Board until you’ve crafted a perfect match.
- Complete the order to claim your rewards and help your neighbors.
When you first start your journey, you’ll see one request at a time. As your town grows, more orders will appear so you can work on several adventures at once! 🏝️
What rewards do I get from Orders?
Most orders are packed with multiple surprises! Depending on which events are currently sailing through your game, completing an order can earn you:
- Vanity Tokens: Unlock and upgrade stylish decorations for your Island and special promotions. 🏡
- Partners Tokens: Progress in Partners events to snag even bigger prizes. 🤝
- Surprise Booster: A mystery bonus like Diamonds or other perks. Tap the tooltip to see the current pool of prizes! 💎
Plus, you can always count on these rewards to be available:
- Cloche Rewards: Special extra treats—tap the Cloche tooltip to see what’s under the lid! 🍽️
- Stars for the Star Burst: Fill your Star Burst bar to earn a chest full of goodies. 🌟
Since the tide is always changing, rewards and bonuses shift frequently. Check your rewards before you finish a merge to see exactly what's available! 😉
How can I see which rewards I’ll get?
To see what rewards are waiting for you:

Do Special Orders work the same?
Not every trip follows the same map! Special Orders, like Time Limited Orders, have their own unique flair:
- They follow different rules than your everyday requests. 🧭
- They often feature exclusive rewards tied to specific events.
- They usually have a ticking clock, so keep an eye on the timer! ⏱️
Whenever a Special Order pops up, give it a tap to see how long it’s staying in port and what unique treasures it’s carrying.
