How do I subscribe to Travel Town emails? ☝️
Look out for the in-game pop-up and make sure to subscribe with the correct email address — since we can't add players to the list manually or change the subscribed address afterwards, it's important to get it right from the start.
Why haven't I received a Travel Town email? 👀
If you're already subscribed, your email may still be on its way since they often roll out in waves. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case.
Why can't I claim my Travel Town email reward? 🕵️♂️
A reward link may not work if:
- The link has expired (links expire after 3 days and can't be reactivated)
- The link was already used
- The link was opened from a unofficial source
